Week 1 - Brand Research & Game-plan Strategy

Whether you have an existing brand or building a new one - building a solid foundation is the most important aspect of longevity before scaling up.

The more momentum, the faster the speed, the bigger the force the heavier the collision if it hits a roadblock. So building in attempts to avoid roadblocks is a key factor to success. The moment your brand faces error, someone else will be there to take over market share.

The biggest threat to your business is not being prepared for what comes next. This is why you should start with your end-goal first and work your brand framework backwards so you have step-by-step plan of action just like you see here in this 8 Week Action Plan.

The more prepared you are, the less mistakes & roadblocks will be met which allows for faster scaling with less friction.

Week 2 - Trend Research

Trends constantly shift. When there’s too much of something, the mind becomes numb to it.

Therefore new trends happen as people create “new” ways to engage with audience or attract people’s attention especially since competition is fierce to retain attention to your brand over someone else’s other brand.

Learn everything you can about your niche and various trends that are “going viral” or heavily engaged content. The idea is to “move like water” and surf WITH the trend rather than against it.

If you simply make content or products in general it may stick or resonate or it may not. The more you know about trends and trend shifts, the easier it is to go viral.

Week 3 - Content Creation & Editing

A big myth is “it’s too hard to constantly make content and it slows me down”.

But in reality, it’s actually not that difficult to make lots of content which adds value and nurtures your fanbase & helps convert viewers to fans which become customers or clients down the line.

By pre-planning your content and re-purposing it, you can save lots of time and money and increase consistency in one fell swoop.

And if you’re not good at editing or don’t have time, there are many that you can outsource to that will gladly prepare your content for publishing.

Also, not every bit of content has to be super polished, there are quicker ways to create and promote content that are more natural which tends to resonate with the audience more.

Week 4 - Hashtag & Keyword Research + Copy

Hashtags and key words are a prime way to categorize your content for the specific viewers you’re hoping to attract.

Think of it like going to a party where many types of personalities reside but the best conversations happen with those that are thinking the same type of thoughts you are. It makes the conversation easier.

When someone is looking for something, you want them to find it as easy as possible so rearranging keywords is the way to “get in the minds of your viewers”.

The easier you get be in front of your potential target market, the easier conversions will happen.

All this has to do with conversation. Be as precise as possible with the point you’re getting across and instill some sort of story that can be relatable to the perspective of someone you don’t know in order to build rapoir which helps build community and increase conversions.

Week 5 - Optimization (Set Up ALL Socials & Prep Funnels)

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Curabitur dignissim neque metus, non porttitor purus cursus non. In hac habitasse platea dictumst. Duis faucibus lacus sed nulla congue congue. Morbi a ligula lobortis, maximus orci in, egestas dui. Duis fringilla ut nunc vitae vulputate.

Week 6 - Consistent Posting & Engagement (Warm Up Account)

Your social media credit score is similar to that of a credit card - favor the algorithm and you’ll be blessed with more favorability in exposure (rather than bigger lending limits).

The algorithm wants to keep people on the platform as long as possible because they make money from advertisers and media buyers, so it’s your job to make content that CONSISTENTLY keeps people on the platform as long as possible.

Keep in mind you also want your content to be valuable and convert your audience eventually into customers or clients.

This takes consistency and lots of engagement.

Usually an account warm up to get “hot” will take about 2-4 weeks because you’ll have older content getting seen, newer content getting seen, more engagement, more growth and more profile visits as you post more content which will make your account more relevant to the algorithm.

Just make sure your content or engagement style doesn’t go against terms of service or it can harm your “credit score” and slow down your momentum and growth.

Week 7 - Testing (Analyzing Data & Making Adjustments)

As you start posting content regularly over time, you will be able to use analytics from the business end of your social media platform and measure what type of content is doing well vs not doing well, best times of day to post, best practices and what resonates most with your audience.

This is the KEY to scaling up and getting results in growth and conversions.

As you continuously make adjustments, you’ll see an increase of exposure, growth and conversions and understand your audiences mindset better.

Week 8 - Influencer Outreach & Connections

Your network is your net-worth.

When your account is hot, consistent, you have found your voice and are getting good engagement, conversions, sales and clients then it’s time to scale up.

One of the best ways to grow fast is to utilize other people’s fanbases and networks and offer them something in return whether it’s favors, services, products or payment because their niche is already pre-built and you can often times get more following growth in a shorter amount of time with less money than paid ads.

Once you grow your brand large enough, then you can also be this same influential brand that can also offer the same services to help others and build relationships with them.

The end goal is how many people you can impact.

Week 9 - Paid Ads?

Week 10 -
