Do you have a warranty?

Yes. There is a one year warranty for any manufacturing defects. If so, we can fix it, replace it or refund it.

Do you install?

Yes, locally in Los Angeles region. We sell install kits or you can buy ones you prefer. Installs are $300 for half a day (up to 4 hours) and $550 for a full day (up to 8 hours).

We can transport products in small orders for free if we are installing as well. Large orders for delivery will be responsible from the buyer or we can rent u-haul or home depot trucks at the expense of the customer. Some customers have also used Uber or Lugg app for transport.

Do you consult as well? I’m not sure how to properly treat my room.

Yes. Our consultations are $125 if you don’t already know what you need or where to place it in your room and you can use it as credit towards your future product purchase. We will do these consults over a live Facetime and discuss our opinion of what you need to solve your problem based off information you provide us. We will map out your room on the whiteboard and draw out exact suggested placements of specific recommended products to treat your problem.

What are your standard sized acoustic panels and bass traps?

Our standard sized panels are

• 2’x4’x4” thick standard panels

• 2x6’x4” thick cloud panel

• 4’x4’x4” thick cloud panel

• 2’x4’x8” thick standard bass trap

• 16”x16”x48” corner bass trap

Do you build custom sized panels?

Yes we can. Keep in mind some fabrics only reach to 60” or 120” and the larger the panel, the more the weight of the rockwool will potentially sag fabrics. We prefer to make max size 3’x6’. Keep in mind, the larger the panel the more it will need a big vehicle to move it after.

We also make window plugs that fit to the window.

What color options do you have?

We can get you just about any color if we don’t already have it in stock. Keep in mind not all fabric is as thick or dense as other fabrics, nor as breathable, nor as fire retardant, so we should always consult first to make sure you’re happy with your choice before we build the panels.

What are your panels stuffed with?

Rockwool safe n’ sound is what we use for sound absorbing insulation.

It is not sound proofing, it’s sound absorbing which means it won’t block sounds from the opposing rooms, but it will absorb sounds created in the room itself and standing frequencies to keep it more quiet in that room.

Can I install myself?

Sure, we can consult you how to install if you prefer to do it yourself. Or if you want us to install and you’re in the Los Angeles vicinity, feel free to reach out! We don’t have the equipment for any ceilings higher than about 8-9 feet unfortunately but most rooms are within our parameters that are home studios.

What types of rooms do you sound treat?

We sound treat home studios, podcast rooms, vocal booths, live streaming, churches, workplaces and offices. If you need a specific type of wood, fabric, color or size based off your request, we are happy to help you with that.

Do you offer discounts for large bulk orders?

Yes. Any order over 20 panels, please reach out directly to us so we can discuss directly about your project.

What are your operating hours?

Typically Monday through Saturday 10 am to 7 pm PST.
